Maranda Country Estate is a five bedroom, four bathroom Australian Colonial property with traditional Bullnose Verandah to the front and rear, and provides private comfortable accommodation for 8 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets. Maranda Country Estate is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub with stunning uninterrupted views of the Brokenback Ranges.

Weekend Public Holiday bookings must be for a minimum 3-night stay and will incur a higher rate
Easter, Christmas and New Years Eve are a 3-4 night stay and will incur a higher rate.
Concert weekends must be a minimum of 10 guests.

Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge
Please note, Maranda Country Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
