Maranda Country Estate is a five bedroom, four bathroom Australian Colonial property with traditional Bullnose Verandah to the front and rear, and provides private comfortable accommodation for 8 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets. Maranda Country Estate is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub with stunning uninterrupted views of the Brokenback Ranges.

MARANDA COUNTRY ESTATE IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM CELLAR DOORS AND RESTAURANTS, KRINKLEWOOD, WINMARK, MARGANS, TALITS, KAWAL ROCK DISTILLERY, ADAMS PEAK WEDDING VENUE AND PLENTY MORE.

For a more laid-back approach, try the fabulous new Magoony’s Coffee House. Mount Broke Wines offers wood-fired pizzas on Friday evenings and fabulous lunches. Visit River Flats for olives & soaps and the Broke General Store is just minutes away for all those last minute food & drink supplies.

Hope Estate and Bimbadgen entertainment venues are only 20 mins away with buses and private transfers aplenty to all major concerts

Additional adults $100 per person per night
Additional children 2-12 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge.
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.
Please note that a $50 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

Concert weekends must be a minimum of 8 guests.
- 1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies).
- 3-4 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings.
- Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge
Please note, Maranda Country Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
