With the first official wedding in 2012, and the word getting around about this amazing property. The family realised there was a gap in the market for destination weddings in the Hunter, and the business took an exciting new direction. 2013 saw David and Bronwen step back from the business and follow other opportunities, and Karyn moved the business from predominantly accommodation to a full-blown wedding venue. With that came the name change to The Barn, Adams Peak. In 2016, with major renovations on The House, the addition of The Cabin and the inclusion of The Hay Shed as a venue offering, the decision was made to change to an all-encompassing property name…. Adams Peak Country Estate.

Established in 1981, and certified organic & biodynamic since 2007, Krinklewood is a world-renowned champion for sustainability, award-winning organic wine and destination for your special occasion. 'Créé avec Amour' a phrase that translates into "created with love" is more than just a motto at Krinklewood. It is a guiding principle for everything we do. We are privileged to host distinctively intimate celebrations, witnessed only by your wedding party and the hidden eyes of stone and light.

We create bespoke Weddings and Events that are stylish, relaxed affairs for those who appreciate quality food, great wine and friendly, intuitive service. Our menus are crafted around the harvest from our one-hectare kitchen garden and orchard to maintain a hyper-local focus. All our wines are estate grown and made from 100 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards and the winery maintains a consistent 5-star quality rating.

The striking rammed earth building has several beautifully styled and unique areas including a courtyard, bar, restaurant, barrel room and outside gardens. These all offer the perfect setting for any event and can be customised to suit your needs - whether that be a wedding, celebration, team-building activity, cocktail party or a private dining experience.

Our Events Team pride themselves on being there to help you create a unique event tailored to your needs, wants and budget. We can assist with extra details such as styling, transport, accommodation, entertainment florals, administrative needs, gift bags and so much more.

Redwood Park Wollombi, home to The Woodhouse and The Barnstay is a stunning 100 acre property located in the Hunter Valley and only a short 2 hour drive from Sydney and 1 hour from Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Bought by the current owners Chris and Gabrielle back in 2004, the property has undergone a transformation with lovingly landscaped grounds and over 5000 trees planted with the large lake its centrepiece

Imagine holding your wedding ceremony in the Lake’s Walk Rotunda or at the top of a stunning ten metre waterfall. Our beautiful on-site Wedding Chapel offers views of the Gardens and Broken Back Range, along with our ten internationally themed Gardens to provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding photography. The Garden Terrace reception venue offers the perfect Garden setting overlooking the Oriental Garden.

We welcome you to our Winmark Wines wedding venue where stunning views of the vineyard and surrounding mountains provide the perfect setting for your wedding, where ceremonies can be held next to the vines, sculptures or landmarks in the sweeping gardens.

Where your reception can be an intimate gathering dining under the stars or in the stunning alfresco area filled with friends and family! Stay onsite with your closest family and friends for up to 26 guests across 3 guest houses.

Winmark Wines provides you with the use of this stunning Estate included in your wedding package. Comprising 130 acres with breath-taking views, including 28 acres planted with premium chardonnay thus providing lush vineyard backdrops for your wedding, your ceremony can be nestled between the vines, or in the open with the beautiful mountains as the backdrop.
